What this website collects, and what your AiFlow deployment does not send us.
Last updated 7 August 2026
The short version
This website collects what you give it: an email address if you subscribe, and the details needed to complete a purchase. Your AiFlow deployment sends us nothing at all.
What your deployment does not send
No conversation content, transcripts, recordings, or knowledge base documents. No usage counts, call volumes, or error rates. No licence check, because verification happens locally against a signature.
This is not a policy choice we could quietly reverse. Metered billing would require that data, and we do not bill by usage, so the software has no reason to transmit any of it.
What this website collects
If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, until you unsubscribe.
If you buy a licence: the details needed to complete the purchase and issue your key, including your name, email address, and organisation. Card details are handled by Paddle and cryptocurrency payments by CoinPayments. We never see or store your payment details.
If you contact us: whatever you put in the message.
Who else sees it
Paddle, as merchant of record for card payments. CoinPayments, for cryptocurrency payments. Resend, for transactional email such as your licence key. Each receives only what their function requires.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the privacy address below. Deleting a purchase record does not revoke a licence, because a licence cannot be technically recalled.
